Mobile App - Admin Instructions
We provide the ePanicbutton apps for Android and iPhones. Search these stores for "epanicbutton and our logo.
The app will only work if the profile information and phone number is added to create a User record on the Users table of the admin portal dashboard.
Create a User using 2 methods: Manually or Bulk Spreadsheet Upload.
Manually:
1) Click on Users Tab
2)Click on (+) sign at bottom left corner. The table will clear. Click the (+) sign again.
3) See the options to add Manually or Upload Excel / CSV

To create a single User, click on Enter Manually
A form will pop up.
Device Type : Select Mobile
Fill out appropriately.
For country Code, enter your country code. USA code is 1.
After clicking Submit, you will see the user record that you created.
Along the bottom, you will see options to select. click the Save Icon and the user will be added to the Users Table.
Mobile App - Users Instructions
The profile must be on the Users Table first.
1) Install the mobile app on the phone (Android and iPhone only)

2) Allow for Notifications
3) Allow access to Location, at least while using the app
4) Enter the phone number
a) if server error, confirm the number is correct on the users table; enter it exactly as it on the profile
b) if warning about user already logged in, click Log Out (common during reinstall)
5) The selection of buttons for the device's group is shown. Slide to Activate.
6) The Alert list shows the list of received alerts.
7) The Profile shows the user's info, app version and Log out.
8) Home Widget lets the user select one button/message to be used as a widget. Check the phone's widget protocol. The widget is activated with a single touch, not the usual slide option.
9) If push notification received, receiver can click Green Confirm button to send acknowledgement back to the sender and log their confirmation on the portal.
To update the buttons and/or profile, swipe down to refresh.
