Your worker safety is our primary concern. Through phone, email and web conferencing, we will work with you to make the program will do its job in keeping your workplace secure.

Tech Support for simple questions and fixes is available through phone (919.701.9793) and email (support@epanicbutton.com). We also utilize desktop sharing, web conferencing programs to expedite troubleshooting. More complex issues requiring developer assistance is available for $65/hour.

Maintenance Program

An optional maintenance program is available, providing 25 hours of tech support, free upgrades and on-demand security training for staff. The annual cost is 20% of the initial license fee; maximum yearly fee- $500.00
