Users are defined as senders, the end-users that need to send out the emergency messages.
There is no charge for the program installed on recipient computers; email and text recipients do not require the program installation.

Any upgrades or increase in license keys will have any previous payments deducted from cost.

Foot pedals are $50/each, plus shipping.
10% off orders of 5 or more.

Optional Maintenance plan is 20% annually-

Maximum cap at $500.
Maintenance includes 25 hours of tech support, upgrades and on-demand training (4x/year).

Tech support is $65/hr.

Install support is not generally required for those with IT staff. Simple tech support is generally free but complex trouble-shooting would require paid tech support. Please review our FAQ for support first.
