Users are defined as workstations, whether it sends or receives the alerts.
Mulitple people at one workstation would still be considered one user.

Email and text recipients do not require the program installation.

Any upgrades or increase in license keys will have any previous payments deducted from cost.

Foot pedals are $50/each, plus shipping.

In depth Tech support, requiring developer consultation, is $75/hr.

Install support is not generally required.

Simple tech support is generally free but complex trouble-shooting may require paid tech support. Please review our FAQ for support first.
